I became Managing Director of The Care & Support Group in June 2026, having originally joined the company as Finance Director in November 2025. Since stepping into the role, my focus has been on supporting the continued development of CSG and making sure we’re in a strong position for the next stage of our growth.
Before joining CSG, I spent 13 years as a Finance Director within the health and social care sector. During that time, I worked closely with operational teams, senior management and local authorities, and was heavily involved in growing services, opening new branches, improving business performance and supporting organisations through significant periods of growth and change.
It’s an exciting time for CSG, with lots of opportunities ahead for us to grow into new areas and develop our services further. I’m looking forward to seeing where we can take the company over the coming years and working alongside our teams to make that happen.
