We are delighted to announce the appointment of Joe Middleton as our first Recruitment Manager at the Care And Support Group. Joe has written the following, by way of introduction.
“As the Recruitment Manager at The Care and Support Group. I will be working across all five of the company’s locations to support with all hiring needs and staffing requirements.
Having worked within recruitment previously but being new to the care sector, I am excited for a new challenge and to use my knowledge and experience to help strengthen the workforce. I am eager to find enthusiastic, passionate, skilled individuals who share the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support services.
At The Care and Support Group, we are looking for carers and support workers who are kind, reliable and genuinely motivated to make a difference in people’s lives. Compassion, patience and good communication skills are essential, alongside a willingness to learn and uphold the highest standards of dignity and respect. Experience is welcomed, but a positive attitude and strong values are just as important.
