Victoria Cole

I am the Finance Director for The Care & Support Group, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s finance function. This includes the day-to-day leadership of the Finance Team as well as providing strategic financial direction to support the sustainable growth and long-term success of the business.

I have over 23 years’ experience working in finance, with the last 13 years spent operating at Finance Director level within the care sector. This has given me a deep understanding of the financial, regulatory and operational challenges facing care providers, and the importance of strong financial governance in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. I enjoy my role immensely and take great satisfaction in bringing clarity, structure and insight to complex financial information. You’ll most often find me happiest in my office with a calculator and a spreadsheet, ensuring the numbers work hard to support our teams and the people we care for.
